Clinica Sierra Vista-West Fresno Community Health Center

Clinica Sierra Vista, a non-profit corporation, was created to provide health care to poor, migrant farmworkers who harvest the lush agricultural fields in the southern San Joaquin Valley. Today, Clinica Sierra Vista serves a geographically dispersed, low-moderate-fixed income, ethnically diverse, frontier-rural-urban-migrant-homeless patient population. It has grown to be one of the largest comprehensive migrant/community health center systems in the state.

Clinica Sierra Vista is a multi-dimensional, multi-disciplinary comprehensive health care organization, serving the primary medical, dental and behavioral health needs of a huge patient population in Kern, Fresno and Inyo counties. Beyond our primary care services, our health education, health promotion and prevention programs have grown into large and important delivery systems, coordinating our services and activities with our primary care delivery sites.
