Julia Kasdorf visits as part of Janzen Writers Series at Fresno Pacific University

Poet Julia Kasdorf will give a poetry reading in Ashley Auditorium on the main FPU campus as part of the Jean and Louis Janzen Visiting Writers Series. A book-signing reception will follow.

Kasdorf is a professor of English and women’s studies at Penn State University. Her books include "Sleeping Preacher," "Eve’s Striptease," "The Body and the Book: Writing from a Mennonite Life" and "Poetry in America."

The series honors Dr. Louis and Jean Janzen, an award-winning Central Valley poet.
